Airside or landside?
Airside (after Passport Control, it can only be used by those in possession of a valid boarding card).

Directions:
Servisair Terminal 1: After security turn right and take the lift to the second floor, then follow the signs for the Servisair lounge along the balcony.

Servisair Terminal 3: Go through the doors to Gates 2-55 and follow the signs to Gate 12D. Take the lift to the second floor. Continue through the double doors and the lounge is on the right.

4Deck: After security in departures turn right and follow signs to 4 Deck Lounge at Gate 17.

Earliest Arrival:
Servisair Terminal 1: 06.00; Servisair Terminal 3: 06:30; 4Deck: 05:30

Arrival before booked time:
You will be allowed to enter unless the Lounge is full. If full, you will be asked to return at the booked time.

Lounge closing time:
Servisair Terminal 1: 22.00; Servisair Terminal 3: 22:30; 4Deck: 22:00

Dress code:
All airport lounges have a smart casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expect reasonable behaviour from all guests. Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.

Servisair Terminal 1: This Servisair lounge welcomes children. There is no charge for children aged two or under. For children aged three or over, the price per child is the same as the price per adult.

All airport lounges have flight information screens. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they catch their flight.

Facilities:
TV, Flight Information, Newspapers, Magazines, Payphone, Fax, WiFi. Complementary snacks (biscuits / crisps), coffee, tea, soft and alcoholic drinks available in the airport lounge. There is a charge for champagne.
